Your board or property manager will send you an invitation email. Simply click the link to create your account. If you have not received an invitation, ask your board about setting up Commonly.
What information can I see about my building?+
You can access building announcements, board meeting minutes, financial summaries, house rules, and your personal unit details including amenity assignments and maintenance history.
Can I submit maintenance requests online?+
Yes. You can submit maintenance requests with descriptions and photos directly through the platform. You will receive real-time status updates as your request is processed.
Is my personal information private?+
Your personal information is only visible to authorized board members and management. Other shareholders cannot see your contact details or unit-specific information.
Does it cost anything for shareholders?+
No. Shareholder access is included in your cooperative's Commonly subscription at no additional cost to individual shareholders.
